Online Booking Terms and Conditions
Pre booking is essential.
Prices shown are per person.
Peak rates are subject to change in line with capacity, availability and group type. Peak rate times Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 11am-8pm inclusive.
Pure Skill reserves the right to charge all adults peak rates during this time.
Pure Skill is by nature a physical activity and you are entering our premises at your own risk and therefore Pure Skill is not liable for any injuries caused, now or in the future.
As the group organiser it is strictly your responsibility to pass on all information onto your guests and assure that they are aware of all terms and conditions for the booking.
All Bookings are subject to availability at Pure Skill, accommodation and transport providers.
All bookings are deemed provisional until confirmed by Pure Skill in writing after receiving Full Payment and confirmation of group type and size.
By agreeing to our booking terms and conditions all participants have consented to comply with all our playing rules and safety regulations as set out in our weaver and release of liability.
Priority is given on a first come first served deposit paid basis.
All written quotes are valid for 5 working days
Minimum group booking quantity is 6.
Pure Skill reserve the right to charge any group, full payment for 6 people if the group numbers fall below this number.
Pure Skill must be notified of any specific room requests or access requirements at the initial stage of booking.
Credit card security required at reception with Pure Skill/Accommodation provider for noise or damage.
Online Payment Terms
Full payment of 2 group members is required as a deposit on our Stay and Play Packages. Full payment of 3 group members is required as a deposit on any of our other play packages.
When the group leader is invited to set up their group online, they will have 48 hours to pay the deposit.
If this deposit is not paid within the 48 hours the event will be closed
A €10 administrative fee will be charged to re-open an event.
The group members have 3 weeks (21 days) prior to the booking date to log in, via email link and pay in full for their package, unless specified in writing by Pure Skill.
Our online booking system will accept individual payments only.
Any payment made over the phone will incur a €5 admin fee.
Payments made 21 days or closer to the booking date, will be subject to a €10 late payment fee per person.
Pure Skill only accept Visa and Mastercards
Visa cards will be surcharged at 1% and Mastercards at 1.7% per transaction.
Changes / Alterations
Any request for a change to the booking must come from the group leader in writing and is subject to a re-quote.
Any changes made to a booking after initial deposit is paid, will incur a minimum fee of €50.
When making the initial booking, Pure Skill must be made aware of any special requirements for your group, i.e additional / modified packages.
(For example; If you book a 2 night stay and play package, and closer to the arrival date, you request a 1 night stay and play package for your group members.)
Pure Skill cannot guarantee this request, nor can we guarantee that the group members who request the 1 night stay, will be staying in the same establishment as the 2 night stay and play packages.
This is due to hotel policies of a minimum 2 nights stay.
All deposits are non refundable or transferable
Group members who cancel more than 21 days prior to the event will be refunded
Group members who cancel 21 days or less prior to event will not be refunded
If any of your group members decide not to attend or are unable to attend or require to depart early from Arrangements that they have paid for, no refund will be made.
Pure Skill Hotel accommodation providers typically use triple and twin rooms but can be larger.
Triple or larger room size’s are used to try and accommodate group size changes at confirmation of final numbers.
Pure Skill Hostel accommodation providers typically use 4, 6 or 8 bed dorms.
If you request a specific room type, the group leader must notify Pure Skill at the time of booking as we may not be able to accommodate your request at a later stage.
If a group has to be split between 2 or more properties we will notify the organiser at the initial stage of the booking.
Pure Skill accommodation providers, provides continental breakfast unless specified in writing at the time of booking.
Room allocation is done at the discretion of the accommodation provider.
We cannot be held responsible to how the rooms are laid out due to the changes in group sizes among a group.
When checking in at the accommodation provider, a security deposit may be required from each member of the group.
Accommodation providers may alternatively require the group leader’s credit card on check-in. This is not a charge but a pre-authorisation to cover any incidentals or charges during your stay.
If any damage or complaints are made about the group, deposits will not be returned upon checkout of accommodation or activity.
If other guests are required to be compensated due to complaints this will be deducted from the deposit’s / Credit card.
In the event that the deposit’s are not significant enough, the remainder of the money will be deducted from the group leader’s credit card.
Health and Safety
All accommodation providers, Pure Skill and Bar / Nightclub establishments, have every right to terminate, without notice, your package entitlements due to threat of vandalism, violence or any other behaviour deemed inappropriate by them.
In such cases, all insurances will be invalidated, you and your group will not have any entitlement to a refund of any kind.
We accept no liability for any accident or misadventure that occurs while you or any of your group is under the influence of drinks or drugs.
All groups members are not to act in any way inappropriate to members of the activity, hotel, nightclub, other group members or members of the general public at any of the establishments.
If any members of the group threatens or disrupts the safety of anyone else whether they be among the group or general public the supplier has full discretion to cancel any of the bookings without notice.
Alterations made by Pure Skill
We reserve the right to cancel any part of your event if for any reason you and your groups safety is threatened, including adverse weather conditions.
If this occurs Pure Skill will make every effort to reschedule the booking to another date.
However, we are not obliged to give refunds in cases of adverse weather conditions.
Refunds do not apply in the following circumstances; war or threat of war, riots, civil unrest, terrorism, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, technical problems or any other occurrence beyond our control.
Unless we cancel because of the above circumstances, Pure Skill will refund each group member we will refund the cost of the package to each group members and will have no further liability to you.
