The competitor stands in the kicking area and the objective is to convert 10 penalties into a full size goal, divided up into different sections. Competitors must score 2 balls in the bottom right, 2 balls in the bottom left, 3 in the top right and 3 in the top left. Competitor's accuracy determines the score. A successful penalty conversion into the target is 1 point, a miss is zero . Balls are dispensed via the swipe card technology system. Partner scores the competitor out of 10 and then takes his/ her turn. Balls are collected automatically and dispensed via the distribution system to the next competitor.
